About the Tour: The Stryn Express is a short but spectacular journey showcasing some of Norway’s most dramatic landscapes. We take off from our base in Stryn and climb over Nordfjord, with breathtaking views of Europe’s largest mainland glacier – Jostedalsbreen. The tour continues towards Oldendalen and Klovane, where the mountains rise sharply before we cross the valley. Flying further, we soar above the glacier and into Nestadalen, passing the famous Ramnefjellet – the mountain that caused devastating tsunamis in 1905 and 1936. The flight then glides over the turquoise waters of Lovatnet, before descending towards Stryn again. Parts of the route pass through Jostedalsbreen National Park, with a minimum altitude of 1000 feet, ensuring both safety and a wide panorama of the stunning natural surroundings.\ \ This tour is available as a private flight only. The price is fixed and covers the entire helicopter – you may bring up to 7 passengers (maximum 110 kg per person / 540 kg per group). Stryn Adventure (30 min)

About the Tour: Experience even more of Europe's largest mainland glacier, fjords and mountains. The tour lasts 30 Bream arms, blue-green waters and spectacular views Experience more of the beautiful Nordfjord area from the air! With Stryn Adventure you get an unforgettable 30-minute helicopter ride over glaciers, valleys and dramatic mountain formations. The trip starts from Stryn base. We take off and head south along the fjord and into the majestic Oldedalen valley. Below us ,Oldevatnet sparkles , surrounded by green hills and mighty mountains, while the Jostedalsbreen glacier looms on either side. We follow the valley inland and soon catch sight of the iconic Briksdalsbreen – one of the most famous glacier arms in Norway. We then fly towards Kjenndalsbreen, where you will also get a unique overview of the area that was hit by major landslides in 1905 and 1936. From Kjenndalen we ascend towards Lodalskåpa(2,083 m above sea level), and round the mountain heading towards Tindedalsbreen and Skålabreen. Here we also see the historic and popular hiking destination Skålatårnet, which is dramatically situated in the mountain wall. On the way back, we glide down towards the blue-green Lovatnet and follow the south side of Loen city center before landing back at Stryn base – filled with memories of a fantastic air journey over some of the most beautiful things Western Norway has to offer. Much of the trip goes through national park, with a minimum elevation of 1,000 feet. This tour is available as a private flight only. Glaciers, fjords and historic landscapes from the air Experience more of Stryn and Jostedalsbreen from a bird's eye view! This 45-minute helicopter tour takes you through some of the most impressive and iconic nature experiences Western Norway has to offer. The trip starts fromStryn base, where we take off and fly south into beautifulOldedalen. Below us liesOldevatnetsurrounded by green valley sides, and on both sides tower mighty sections of Jostedalsbreen. At the end of the valley we get a spectacular view of Briksdalsbreen, one of Norway's most famous glacier arms. We continue with Jostedalsbreen below us, and head towards Kjenndalsbreen. Here you will see the dramatic area that was hit by landslides in both 1905 and 1936– a powerful meeting between the beauty and strength of nature. We then round the impressive mountain Lodalskåpa(2,083 m) and fly further north over Erdalsbreen, before following Erdalen down towards Oppstrynsvatnet. Here you get a panoramic view of the idyllic village of Hjelle and the charming Hjelle Hotel. We continue west towards Stryn city centre with views of the characteristicStryne River, before turning south and passing the Loen Skylift Gondola and the famous Skålatårne thiking destination . The last part of the trip goes downhill towards the beautiful Lovatnet, before we return along the south side of Loen city centre and land safely back at Stryn base. The trip gives you unforgettable views of Jostedalsbreen glacier, deep fjords, high mountains and scenic villages. Stryn Signature (60 min)

Olden Valley, Jostedalsbreen and the most famous glacier arms, Geiranger & the fjord landscape, in addition to views of the Sunnmore Alps. The tour lasts 60 minutes. Experience what the area really has to offer! With Stryn Signature you will truly experience what the area has to offer. From Stryn base we climb out over the fjord and fly south into the Olden valley. From here we follow the valley inwards with Jostadalsbreen on both sides of the valley and Olden vanten below us. Towards the end of the valley we fly up one of the Jostadalsbreen's most famous glacier arms, Briksdalsbreen. We continue towards Kjenndalsbreen with Jostadalsbreen below us. Here you get a good view of the area that collapsed in 1905 and again in 1936. From Kjenndalen we round Lodalskåpa at 2083 m above sea level and drive towards Stryn Sommerskisenter in Videdalen. From here the trip goes north towards the Dalsnibba viewpoint before we glide down towards Geiranger and real fjord scenery. We continue beyond the fjord past the waterfalls Syv Søstre and Friaren and not least farms that are the very definition of "where no one would believe that anyone could live". From the Geirangerfjord we follow the Sunnylvsfjord towards Åkerneset. This is an area that geologists fear could collapse, a full 54 million cubic meters of rock. We then head west with a view of the Sunnmøre Alps. Just south of the Brekketindene peaks we round the characteristic mountain Slogen which extends 1564 m above sea level from the fjord. On the way back towards Loen we pass the mountain Jakta and continue southwest in Nibbedalen towards the centre of Stryn. The trip ends past the Skålatårnet before we glide down towards Lovatnet and land at Stryn base. Parts of the trip are in a national park so the minimum elevation above ground is 1000 feet. From Olden to Geiranger and the Sunnmore Alps to Ảndalsnes. The tour lasts 90 minutes. The complete helicopter tour to experience it all! Experience the best that Western Norway has to offer – from fjords and waterfalls to glaciers, alpine peaks and national icons – all on one spectacular flight! The tour starts from Stryn base, where we climb out of the fjord and head east over Lovatnet with views of the majestic mountains. We round the iconic Skålatårnet before quickly turning over the mountain and down towards Oppstrynsvatnet and idyllic Hjelle. From here we continue into the mountains, over the Strynefjell Tunnels and further north towards Dalsnibba, which towers high abovet he Geirangerfjord. We glide down towards the fjord, see The Seven Sisters, remote mountain farms and the powerful nature around Geiranger - an experience you will not soon forget. After Geiranger we fly north, along the eastern side of the Sunnmøre Alps, heading towards the dramatic landscape of Romsdalen. Here we get up close to Trollveggen– Europe’s highest vertical rock wall – a spectacular and almost mythical sight. We then turn south towards Tafjord and continue into the heart of the glacier country with views of Stryn Sommerski and the towering Lodalskåpa (2,083 m)– the region's highest mountain. We then fly over Jostedalsbreen, enjoying panoramic views of Kjenndalsbreen and Briksdalsbreen, two of Norway's most famous glacier arms. We then glide north over Oldedalen and Oldevatnet, framed by the mountains Klovane and Sisiliekruna, before ending the trip with a smooth landing back at Stryn heliport.
