About the Tour:
The Stryn Express is a short but spectacular journey showcasing some of Norway’s most dramatic landscapes.
We take off from our base in Stryn and climb over Nordfjord, with breathtaking views of Europe’s largest mainland glacier – Jostedalsbreen. The tour continues towards Oldendalen and Klovane, where the mountains rise sharply before we cross the valley.
Flying further, we soar above the glacier and into Nestadalen, passing the famous Ramnefjellet – the mountain that caused devastating tsunamis in 1905 and 1936.
The flight then glides over the turquoise waters of Lovatnet, before descending towards Stryn again.
Parts of the route pass through Jostedalsbreen National Park, with a minimum altitude of 1000 feet, ensuring both safety and a wide panorama of the stunning natural surroundings.
This tour is available as a private flight only. The price is fixed and covers the entire helicopter – you may bring up to 7 passengers (maximum 110 kg per person / 540 kg per group).
