Cancellation Policy

Booking:

The customer selects a desired time for their flight, after which Fjord Helikopter will confirm the booking with an accurate time slot. Please note that there is a possibility of fully booked slots and none may be suitable for you. In such cases, you have the option to either choose a free cancellation or a free rebooking.

Please note that all refunds are issued in Norwegian kroner (NOK) for the full amount paid. Please note that third-party fees such as currency conversion fees, bank transfer fees, or other service charges may apply and are beyond our control. Fjord Helikopter cannot be held responsible for any such additional costs.

Cancelled Trips and Refunds:

7+ days before trip: Full refund.

7-3 days before trip: 80% refund.

Less than 48 hours before trip: No refund will be made

Fjord helikopter reserves the right to cancel trips in adverse weather conditions or other circumstances affecting safety. If a trip is cancelled, alternative dates or full refunds will be offered.

Limitations of Liability:

Fjord helikopter is not liable for delays, cancelled trips, or other consequences due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen events. Travelers are responsible for having adequate travel insurance to cover any risks and expenses that may arise during the trip.

Safety Regulations:

Travelers are expected to follow all safety regulations and instructions provided by Fjord helikopter's staff before and during the trip.
